President and Treasurer
Good Duck Productions was founded by Byron-Gabriel Proutt, a visionary filmmaker and seasoned Learning and Development professional with over 15 years in the media industry and 13 years of experience designing impactful learning experiences. Our mission is to create compelling content that challenges the status quo and fosters empathy, understanding, and growth.

While we specialize in documentary filmmaking, our passion for storytelling extends to all forms of media; educational, narrative, and beyond. Byron-Gabriel also brings a spirit of service to his work, having served on boards including Ragan’s HOPE, AIN (Dallas), and the United Methodist Church.
Shevora Barrow

With over seven years of experience in background investigations, Shevora Barrow specializes in interviewing, detailed note-taking, report writing, and critical thinking. Known for her relatable and straightforward approach, she leads with integrity, consistency, and a “firm but fair” mindset.

Professionally driven by learning, challenges, and growth, Shevora values opportunities that highlight untapped strengths. She’s active in her community through #ImpactLife and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Hope Carter
Chair of Recruitment and Partnerships
Hope has over 28 years of experience in HR and recruiting in different industries. She is a Certified Coach Practitioner with the Certified Coaches Federation and also a Certified Human Rights Consultant, Mental Health Coach, and Neuroscience Coach.

Hope works as a Principal Recruiter at Spectrum Support Services LLC and a Career Transition and Job Search Coach at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. Her main skills include Recruiting, Talent Management, Project Management, and Networking.
